App details and deletion requests
The current Google Play internal-test build is ad-free. The unused AdMob integration and advertising-ID permissions have been removed. General content reports include the identifying details you provide.
Moqauily is published under the developer name Shewa Tech and primarily serves Libya. Data contact: [email protected].
Notifications use OneSignal and Google/Firebase services to process push subscription identifiers and device information needed for delivery. Our server links the subscription identifier to your account. The current app does not add your account email to OneSignal for email delivery or opt you back into notifications on sign-in against your choice. Manage notifications in your device’s system settings.
When Sentry is configured, error reports and technical app, device and performance information support diagnostics. Default personal-information sending and release screenshots are disabled. Technical error details may still contain information; these settings are not a guarantee that every error is free of personal data.
Abuse reports contain the reporting account identifier, reason and relevant evidence. Chat reports may preserve the selected message or up to 20 recent messages and attachment links for authorized staff review. Blocks record the account pair to stop new direct messages.
Request account and associated-data deletion from app Settings or the account deletion page, without reinstalling the app. A request is not immediate deletion: we verify ownership and communicate about processing. Deletion covers profile data, uploads, messages and notification identifiers, except limited records retained for a specific legitimate reason.
Where transaction, agreement, dispute or fraud-prevention records must be retained, we explain the categories, reason and retention period or expiry criterion. A hypothetical dispute does not justify indefinite retention of all account data. Fulfilment includes coordination with processors and backup handling; contact support for the timeframe and status.
Service providers may process data outside Libya depending on the service and infrastructure. Contact us for the processing details relevant to your account. This policy does not guarantee that all data is confined to one country or represent regulatory certification.

Moqauily is an online marketplace connecting customers with service providers in the construction and real-estate sector across Libya and North Africa. We operate as a venue and listing platform only — we do not provide construction or real-estate services ourselves, and we are not a party to any transaction between users. This policy applies to all users (customers and providers) and to visitors of our website or application.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, phone number or email, securely hashed password, preferred language, and profile picture where provided.
- Professional profile data: provider details, portfolio items, and documents uploaded by users.
- Activity data: requests, offers, agreements, ratings, and favorites you create or participate in.
- Chat data: messages and attachments exchanged within the platform.
- Wallet & transaction data: credit balance, transactions, and voucher redemptions.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, usage logs, and necessary cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Operating the platform and its services (posting, offers, agreements, chat, ratings).
- Matching requests with suitable providers.
- Securely managing your account, wallet, and credits.
- Sending push notifications and important alerts (e.g. via OneSignal).
- Improving the experience and ensuring security, fraud prevention, and acceptable use.
- Complying with legal obligations and supporting voluntary dispute mediation.
We never sell your personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your data only as follows:
- With other users where the marketplace requires it (e.g., provider profiles visible to customers; contact details exchanged after an agreement is signed).
- With technical service providers such as hosting and cloud providers , notification and analytics services — all bound by data-protection obligations.
- With competent authorities where required by law or by court order.
5. Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are hashed, and strict access controls are applied. No electronic system is 100% secure; please protect your credentials and never share them.
Because our primary audience is in Libya, we take into account data-sovereignty requirements and applicable data-protection laws, including (where applicable) the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for any additional period required by applicable law or needed to retain records relating to transactions, agreements, and disputes. You may request account deletion at any time; unneeded data will be removed in accordance with our procedures.
